MY THOUGHTS:
(S/N: I WILL BE DOING THIS FOR COVERS I JUST LOVE!) The whole half face thing on the cover...? Yeah, its awesome and it totally fits the book. Plus the "ME" in caps, it set Eva's emotions just perfectly. So props to the jacket artist/designer of this cover!

Okay not onto the book! I actually didn't have that high expectations for this book. I just saw it on the library shelf calling my name. And let me just say one thing: This concept is plain crazy yet brilliant in so many ways. It was pretty weird thinking of the two characters in one body (that totally reminded me of The Host) but it eventually worked out. (Also, I'll be labeling this book as a si-fi more than a dystopian in this post because of all the sciency terms and stuff)

Addie, the dominant soul, the one who has control over their body. Addie the one who loves Eva but also wishes to be normal and settled like the others. Eva, the recessive soul, the one behind the curtains, always there watching. She's one determined soul and super observant. Eva was obviously my favorite of the two sisters, and it may just be because I read more from her POV or because she's the main character. I felt that Addie depended a lot on Eva without really knowing and Kat does show us that. As the story grows, the thiker the walls between the sisters yet it ends up breaking and they were the best friends/sisters that always were there for each other.

Kat Zhang did a wonderful job building the plot and new which direction to head it with. She effectively manages to keep the plot moving, the suspense to increase, and keep you thoroughly enjoyed throughout the entire book. However the story moved a bit slow in the beginning and had some unnecessary scenes in the beginning as well. The romance between the Eva and Ryan was cute but kinda awkward since Addie and Devon are still there...

What's Left of Me is a great sci-fi read and many of you will love it! And as more secrets are unraveled, the more the deadly things get ad the faster the time counts down....
